About Live-Well Homes

The owners of LWH, Terry and Evan Livesay are a father/son company that are both licensed in the state of Florida and are both skilled craftsmen with close to 30 years combined experience.

Live-Well Homes has developed a unique business model for our customers. This model is to be up front and direct with our customers concerning building process. We realize that building a new home is extremely important and stressful. Therefore we strive to take the unknown, complexity and stressful decision-making out of the process. We educate our customers on the building process, key decision points, and practices that affect the quality of a home. At Live-Well Homes we believe in Quality, Integrity, and Satisfaction. We realize that state building codes are the minimum standards and that quality homes exceed those standards. We know and educate our customers on which construction practices enhance the quality and longevity of their home and which practices just meet minimum standards.
